Application of sales conditions
These general conditions apply to all orders that the client (hereafter, “you”) make from KonoKonoCard (hereafter, “KonoKonoCard” or “us”) through the online store, the mobile website, or a mobile device.
By using KonoKonoCard or making an order, you accept these general conditions (hereafter, the “Conditions”). Thus, before making an order, make sure you have read and understood these conditions.
When you make an order through our media, you are accepting the sales conditions. The order is confirmed immediately by email. The products sold through https://www.konokonocard.com/ are regulated by Spanish legal system.
We reserve the right to occasionally modify these Conditions without prior warning.

KonoKonoCard card conditions
Large discounts at campsites. With the KonoKonoCard discount card, two people will be able to stay at a campsite for 21, 23, 25, 27, 31, 35 ó 39 euros per night, depending on what has been accepted by the campsite. The price of each campsite is indicated on its datasheet. The price includes accommodation for one dog, one vehicle and tent or caravan, or campervan, and electricity (max. 5 kWh).
The amount for the stay will be cheaper than the direct rate of the campsite for that period of the year.
Some campsites also offer non-combinable offers for stays of 7 nights, paying for 6 (7=6), and 14 nights, paying for 11 (14=11) or 21 nights, paying for 16 (21=16).
The KonoKonoCard is valid for the calendar year. Each campsite has an acceptance period, being able to exclude a maximum of 80 nights per year during the time it is open. The acceptance period of each campsite can be consulted on the datasheet of the selected campsite.
The KonoKonoCard is personal and non-transferrable, and is valid for the calendar year from the 1st of January to the 31st of December inclusive.
The KonoKonoCard will have a digital or printed format. Upon arriving at the campsite, you will have to show your discount card (valid for 2 people). If making a reservation, you must mention that you are the holder of the KonoKonoCard discount card and present it at the campsite.
The KonoKonoCard discount card is valid for:
- Plot (one car and one tent, one car and one caravan, or one campervan).
- 2 people.
- Electricity: max. 6 Amp. with maximum consumption of 5 kWh per day.
- Shower with hot water.
- 1 dog, provided that the campsite permits dogs. In the case of the campsite having more than one type of plot. The standard plot will be included. Larger plots may have a surcharge. The campsite will assign the client a specific plot. In the case of the campsite using tokens or any other means to limit their use, the user of the KonoKonoCard discount card will have the right to one token per person per day.
Delivery
Your product will be delivered by email and by private access of the Konokonocard website located in the “User Area” approximately within a period of 48 hours.
Virtual products, such as the KonoKonoCard card are not delivered physically.
When you purchase a virtual product, access to the information will be associated with your account in the “User Area”. When opening it and logging in, you will be recognised as a client, and will be able to directly access the information of the card. The information of the campsites set out on the websites is regularly updated and renewed each year.
